The MUCA main building and the MUCA Bunker are open Wednesday to Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm, Thursdays until 8 pm.

The museum shop is open Wednesday to Sunday from 12 - 6 pm, Thursdays until 8 pm.
The online shop is of course available 24/7 for your purchases.

Applies to Students, Pupils, Trainee, Unemployed and visitors with a Disabled person's pass (registered accompanying person free). Appropriate proof must be provided on site.
Children under 12 years of age have free admission, but require a so-called "free ticket", which can be added to the booking. Reduced admission prices apply for children > 12 years.
The above discounts do not apply to guided tours/workshops. Please refer to the corresponding ticket offers in the shop for prices.
Please register in advance for planned group visits.
For our public tours, the number of tickets and thus the size of the group is limited. Individual group tours (from 10 people) are possible on request.
Tickets in connection with a guided tour or workshop must be booked in advance and are only redeemable for the preselected date/time slot. Rebooking or refund of the purchase price is excluded.
We would like to point out that our guided tours in the evening hours are not suitable for children. With our family tours, we offer tailored tour formats for families with children aged 6 and over.
Discounts for Kids Workshops apply exclusively to holders of the Holiday Pass.
If you decide to have your chosen product delivered, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Collection of products is possible during regular opening hours.

Our booking system accepts all major credit cards. Please note that payment verification may take some time depending on the credit institution. Tickets will be sent immediately by email.
You are welcome to transfer your purchase amount. However, please note that this payment method is not suitable for last-minute ticket bookings, as the money transfer can take up to three days, depending on the credit institution. The ticket will only be sent by email after receipt of payment.
Please note: Purchased tickets will only be sent by e-mail as a download. Please show your ticket printed out in paper form or on your mobile phone to the reception staff.
