We are currently showing "The Weight of Things" by Damien Hirst, his first and largest survey exhibition in Germany. Hirst's famous diamond skull "For the Love of God" was on display in the MUCA Bunker until the end of January. The entire exhibition in the MUCA main building will run until autumn 2024.

The MUCA Collection is currently being shown in parts in Japan and is therefore not currently on display at the Munich location.

In the exhibition rooms you will find QR codes with extensive information on the works and series by Damien Hirst and on the artist himself.

The exhibition is also accompanied by a catalogue, which you can pick up in the shop on site or at online can acquire.

In principle, the MUCA is open to children of all ages. However, for the current exhibition Damien Hirst - "The Weight of Things" we recommend a minimum age of 12 years.

As the MUCA is housed in a former substation, the MUCA is unfortunately not completely barrier-free. However, we have a disabled-friendly access ramp at the entrance, so that access to some of the exhibitions on the ground floor is possible.

Pushchairs and buggies must be parked in the entrance area, and baby slings are recommended for the exhibition.

Unfortunately, dogs cannot be taken into the exhibition.
